Flaccid fit
Convenient. Least useful. It is the size you are in the bathroom, trying to be clinical, and the size the kit will flatter if you let it. A ring that is comfortable then will not be the ring that stays put later.
Sizing
You are two different sizes depending on the hour. The ring has to fit one of them. The useful one is not the one you are when the kit arrives. Two states. They do not negotiate.

This is the one that matters. Measure the largest diameter that stays put. If it turns purple, you sized down out of vanity. Vanity is not a circumference.
The ring carries a six-axis IMU. It must sit dorsal. Seat it anywhere else and you get garbage data. Angle coverage, TRV, the whole argument — gone.
Sizes 40–60mm. Shaft only.
| Circumference | Fit |
|---|---|
| 40–44mm | Slim |
| 45–52mm | Standard |
| 53–60mm | Bold |
01
The kit arrives in a shoebox. Open it at home. You will feel weird opening it at work.
02
Set the flaccid measurement aside. It is convenient, and it is the least useful number in the box.
03
Measure erect. Take the largest diameter that stays put. If it turns purple, you sized down out of vanity. Size up.
04
Seat the sensor dorsally. The six-axis IMU has to sit there. Anywhere else and you get garbage data.
If your two states do not share a size, yes. The ring is shaft only. It does not fit over the balls. Buy two. A ball-strap attachment called The Loop is announced for Q3 and we will not be dating it further.
